Whistleblowing System: Our Commitment to Integrity
At UltraEdge, we are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance. To ensure a transparent and responsible environment, we provide a confidential whistleblowing hotline. Employees, partners, and stakeholders can use this platform to report any behavior that goes against our values or the applicable regulations. Every report is handled with diligence and fairness to maintain a workplace built on trust and respect.
What can be reported?
The report may relate to:
- Conduct or situation contrary to UltraEdge's Anti-corruption Code of Conduct;
- A breach of UltraEdge's Internal Rules defining the rights and obligations of UltraEdge’s employees pursuant to Articles L. 1311-1 and seq of the French Labour Code (Réglement Intérieur);
- A crime or misdemeanour (e.g. theft, fraud, harassment, misappropriation of company assets, offenses relating to the violation of health and safety requirements, etc.);
- A threat or prejudice to the public interest ;
- A violation (or an attempt to conceal a violation) of an international commitment, a unilateral act of an international organisation, European Union law, a law or a regulation.
However, any alert concerning information and documents, in whatever form or on whatever medium, that infringe national defence confidentiality, medical confidentiality, the confidentiality of judicial deliberations, the
The report may relate to events that have already occurred or are likely to occur.
When in doubt, it is preferable to report the facts rather than take the risk that something serious or whose consequences are underestimated will not be revealed.
What should the report contain?
- The facts reported must be described accurately and objectively in order to facilitate their processing.
- If possible, the person making the alert should provide documents (all formats are accepted) to support or prove his/her allegations. If the person wishes to remain anonymous, care should be taken with the information contained in the documents sent.
- The person making the report must also provide any evidence that he or she belongs to one of the categories of persons authorised to make an alert (cf.(a)).
- Reports may be made anonymously. However, by disclosing his/her identify, the person making the report will facilitate the investigation. If necessary, the person making the alert may be asked to identify himself or herself so that the alert can be processed.
- The person making the alert must also provide a means of contacting him/her so that he or she can be kept informed of the outcome of the alert.
